Before your visit
What happens at the first visit?
A short talk about your health and any concerns, then a full examination with X-rays if needed. Your dentist shows you what they found and gives you a written plan with costs. Please arrive 10 minutes early with your civil ID and insurance card.
What if I have a dental emergency?
During opening hours, call us: we keep slots free each day for pain and broken teeth. On Fridays and after hours, call the emergency line on +965 2200 0099 and the on-call dentist will advise you. For heavy bleeding, facial swelling that affects breathing or swallowing, or a serious injury, go to the nearest hospital emergency department.
From what age do you see children?
From the first tooth, or by their first birthday. Dr. Rana keeps first visits short and playful, and parents stay in the room.
Is my insurance accepted?
We bill the insurers listed above directly. Cover differs between plans, so we check yours when you arrive and tell you what, if anything, you need to pay before we start.
Can I see a female dentist?
Yes. Mention it in the notes when you book and we will arrange it.
Where do I park?
Parking in the building basement is free for patients. The entrance is from the side street, and a lift goes up to the clinic on the second floor.
